Hofacker Construction Services, Inc.

Cindy and Ed Hofacker incorporated Hofacker Construction Services, Inc., in April 2012. Headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the company supplies road and site construction products for DOT, private and public construction, and utility projects throughout  Wisconsin.   

Hofacker Construction Services, Inc., has been certified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as a Disadvantaged Business Entreprise (DBE) and by the Wisconsin Department of Administration as a Women-Owned Business Entreprise (WBE) since 2017.

Hofacker Construction Services, Inc., sells Prinsco Poly Products and Contech Metal Products and has arrangements with leading manufacturers of concrete pipe and structures; erosion control products, e-mats, construction fabrics, and silt fences; and manhole castings and concrete structures. 

Ed Hofacker set the stage for successful bidding and sales for Hofacker Construction Services, Inc. Ed had more than 30 years' experience as a City Construction Manager and a Sales Representative for a concrete manufacturing and supply company which gave him the knowledge and contacts needed to meet our customers’ construction supply needs.  Ed passed in March 2023 after a 14-year battle with cancer.

Cindy Hofacker  continues to manage the communications, finances, and business decisions for Hofacker Construction Services, Inc.  She took over the bidding  with Ed’s passing and serves as the connection between contractors and suppliers. Cindy brings more than 30 years' experience as a College Business Instructor and as the CEO of a private school system. She is experienced with budgeting and accounting, communications and marketing, and human resources. 

Hofacker Construction Services, Inc., is a family-owned and operated business. The business strives to have the products and materials you need delivered when and where you want them. 

Cindy and Ed started their business with the the goal of providing outstanding service as they meet the needs of their customers. They brought their personal commitment to the local community to their business.
